During his 20 years of accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll experience, Ken has worked with non-profit organizations, government agencies, start-ups, and self-employers. In addition, Ken has more than 400 hours of computer software training and over 300 hours of training in conflict management and interpersonal communication skills. In addition to his accounting experience, he has developed a passion for technology, project management, and compliance.
Although Ken’s experience dates back to the mid-'90s, he embraces technology and encourages his clients to do so as well. Not only does Ken use the most up-to-date software in his practice, but he is also qualified to train others on their proper use.
Although Ken was born in Nicaragua, he has lived most of his life in California. He is fluent in Spanish. Currently, he volunteers as a Finance Administrator for a local church. His hobbies and interests include cooking, baking, camping, vacationing with his family, going to baseball games, and helping others.
